Ultra Special Layered Roast Beef Sandwich

This ultra-special medium-rare roast beef sandwich starts with a freshly baked, brown rustic wholemeal and malted rye demi-baguette with sesame and flax seeds. Freshly baked to create a mouth-watering crisp outer layer and a super soft centre.

We then carefully butter to the edges and spread a healthy layer of cranberry sauce sauce on the bottom. Top this with multiple layers of freshly carved medium-rare roast beef and slices of buffalo mozzarella. Finished with fresh peppery wild rocket.
