- Two Soft Taco Shells
- Char-grilled BBQ Chicken Thighs
- Fresh Tomato Salsa
- Pickled Pink Onions
- Mozzarella
Two loaded soft white tortilla wraps. Filled with chopped chicken thighs that have been cooked in orange juice, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, chilli powder, oregano, paprika, and cinnamon. Topped with fresh coriander a lime wedge and a drizzle of tabasco sauce. To finish the dish we add Pico de Gallo (a fresh Mexican street-food salsa) made from Roma tomatoes, red onion, coriander and fresh diced jalapeno. Whats not to like here?
