The dough is then soured and pulled at the ends creating a unique rustic look. Filled with the tastiest fresh romaine lettuce, special slicing tomato, crispy smoked streaky bacon and a full butterflied chicken breast, succulent and juicy by the way it has been cooked using a combination of sous-vide and pan frying.
