The high quality chicken wings have been marinated overnight in sesame oil, ginger puree, sweet chilli sauce, honey, brown sugar, dark soy sauce and lemon grass paste then cooked sous vide to maintain a truly succulent end product. Finished on the BBQ and topped with toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onions. We serve FIVE two joint wings. Perfect as a side or add a side-dish to make a wholesome lunch.
